Understanding varicose veins

A leading sign of vein disease is the dilation and enlargement of the superficial veins. Varicose veins usually starts at the relatively young age in women, usually during or after the pregnancy, and in older people with other risk factors.

Quite often the veins on the skin surface are small part of a person’s varicose "bad" veins that are visible to the naked eye. The only way to know for sure is an ultrasound examination performed by experienced physicians that allows a glimpse into the venous system to properly assess the condition of the veins.

The modern treatment of vein disease is a comprehensive combination of the most effective and proven methods to remove symptoms and allow for normal venous blood flow in the legs. The current treatment program is based on the effective high tech treatment plan and follow up preventative care. After removing the outflow of venous blood, the veins usually  return to normal, the excess venous load is removed from unhealthy blood vessels which helps reduce the vicious cycle of disease progression.
